Every home begins with a consultation, on site or by phone, to talk through the vision for the project, the property, design preferences, budget expectations and the timeline. This conversation lets us understand the project and gives you a clear picture of how we plan, price and build.
From there, the work follows a structured sequence, with one point of contact from the first site visit to the final walkthrough.
Site Evaluation
We assess the property for slope, soils, septic, utilities, setbacks and access so the land supports the home and the budget.
Design & Planning
We work with your architect or help you select and adapt a plan, balancing design, function and buildability.
Detailed Budget
A line-item budget built from real trade pricing. We price conservatively so the number holds through construction.
Contract & Permitting
Defined scope, clear allowances and a draw schedule tied to completed work, followed by permitting and scheduling.
Construction
Licensed and insured trade partners, regular progress updates, and lien waivers collected at every draw.
Walkthrough & Warranty
A detailed final walkthrough, a completed punch list, and a one-year builder warranty in writing.
